Key Benefits of the 3500 Dually Chassis

Carry More

Dual rear wheels spread weight evenly across the axle. That means you can carry more gear and more people on a van with a comfortable, stable ride. Load the bikes, the boards, the dog crate, and the coolers without worrying about payload.

Tow More

The wider rear track adds lateral stability, so the van stays sure-footed when towing heavy trailers. Crosswinds and rough surfaces also have less of an effect.

More Traction

More rubber on the ground helps when the ground, improving traction on soft and loose surfaces. Soft sand, wet grass, loose gravel, and rutted two-track are all easier to get through and easier to get back out of.

PERFORMANCE

4-Cylinder High Output Turbo Diesel, AWD

The Mercedes-Benz® AWD system runs full time. Power goes to all four wheels, and torque shifts between the front and rear axles automatically as grip changes. The van simply keeps moving when switching between terrains.

High Roof 3500XD Sprinter Chassis

The high roof gives you 6'2" of standing height inside, so getting dressed doesn’t involve crouching. The extended 3500XD chassis is what makes the rest of the floor plan possible: the longer galley, the deeper storage, and the bathroom that stays a bathroom instead of folding away.

Integrated into the TroupeLounge™, the GalaxyGear™ Storage Tray accommodates up to 300 lbs of gear accessible from both the interior and exterior of the TOUR MODE.

Energy System

A 16.8kWh M-Power™ System sits at the center of the electrical system, paired with a high-output auxiliary alternator, a 3000W high-capacity inverter, roof-mounted solar panels, and a shore power inlet. The alternator charges the bank while you drive, so a travel day doubles as a refill. The van is Starlink® ready with a roof-accessible aux port, so the mobile office stays open even when the nearest coffee shop is two hours behind you.

Call it the heart of the TOUR. The 11" MODEcom™ touchscreen is where power, water, climate, and lighting all live. Check tank levels before you commit to another night out. Watch what the battery is doing. Drop the cabin lights, kick on the awning LEDs, or nudge the thermostat without getting out of bed.
